General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between SSWISS GROUP AG (hereinafter "Company") and its customers.

1. Scope and Validity

These GTC apply to all offers, deliveries, and services provided by the Company. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

Our offers are non-binding. A contract is only concluded when we confirm the order in writing or deliver the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices and invoices may be issued in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD).
  • VAT and transport costs are calculated separately unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices are due within 3 days.
  • For all orders and reservation products, an advance payment of 20% up to 100% is required upon agreement before delivery.

4. Delivery and Performance

  • Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or force majeure.
  • The risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or the customer.

5. Retention of Title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)

All delivered goods remain the property of SSWISS GROUP AG until full payment of the invoice has been received.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • The product warranty ranges from 15 to 30 years, depending on the specific model of the solar panels.
  • Detailed terms and conditions of these warranties are defined in the separate "Warranty Condition" document provided with the goods or on our website.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, third-party influence, or force majeure is excluded.
  • Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
