Deputy Head of Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001)

SSWISS GROUP AG is an international industrial group operating in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality solar modules and components. As part of our strategic development and alignment with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, we are seeking a Deputy Head of Occupational Health & Safety to support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HSE system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001-compliant OH&S Management System
  
• Assist in preparation for ISO 45001 certification and surveillance audits
  
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, SUVA regulations, and internal corporate standards
  
• Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and define control measures
  
• Establish and monitor safety objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators
  
• Conduct internal HSE audits and site inspections
  
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
  
• Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  
• Organize HSE trainings and awareness programs
  
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reporting
  
• Act as deputy for Head of HSE when required
  

Requirements

• Higher education in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
  
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE within industrial/manufacturing environment
  
• Practical experience with ISO 45001 implementation or maintenance
  
• Strong knowledge of Swiss OH&S legislation and SUVA standards
  
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies (JSA, HIRA, FMEA – advantage)
  
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
  
• German and/or English proficiency
