Production Manager / Shift Supervisor

SSWISS GROUP AG is an international industrial group operating in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality solar modules and components. Due to expansion of our production operations, we are seeking a Production Manager / Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operations, high product quality, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and shift operations
  
• Ensure achievement of production plans, output targets, and KPIs
  
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate production teams
  
• Monitor equipment utilization and production efficiency
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions
  
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
  
• Use ERP and MES systems to track production orders, materials, and performance
  
• Analyze production data and prepare reports based on ERP/MES
  
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
  
• Prepare production reports and shift handover documentation
  
• Support onboarding and training of production personnel
  

Requirements

• Degree or vocational education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
  
• Experience managing teams in industrial environment
  
• Practical experience working with ERP and/or MES systems
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
  
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
  
• Good communication skills
  
• German and/or English proficiency
