Quality Control Technician (SPC / IEC)

SSWISS GROUP AG is an international industrial group operating in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality solar modules and components. We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support inspection, testing, and continuous improvement of product quality within our production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of solar modules and components
  
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections (IV curve, insulation, EL, flash testing)
  
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor production quality
  
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data
  
• Record inspection results in ERP/MES systems
  
• Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  
• Support root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto)
  
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards and internal quality procedures
  
• Support internal and external audits
  
• Participate in audits and inspections with TÜV and other certification bodies
  
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation
  

Requirements

• Technical education in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
  
• Knowledge of SPC and quality tools
  
• Understanding of IEC standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730 – advantage)
  
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  
• Experience with ERP/MES systems is an advantage
  
• German and/or English proficiency
